1、Offset ink
Offset ink is a kind of thick and viscous ink, most of which is oxidized conjunctiva drying ink, which has good water resistance. It can be divided into sheet-fed ink and web ink. The sheet-fed ink is mostly for fast drying oxidized conjunctiva ink, the web ink is mainly for osmosis drying.
2、Letterpress ink
It is a kind of thick ink, viscosity varies widely depending on the printing speed of the press. Its drying methods include osmotic drying, oxidizing conjunctiva drying, volatile drying and other ways, or the combination of several ways. Letterpress ink includes rotary black ink, book black ink, color letterpress ink, etc.
3、Plate printing ink
It can be divided into two categories, one is photogravure ink, the other is intaglio ink. The photogravure ink is a very thin fluid, the viscosity is very low, completely drying by the solvent volatilization, is a volatile drying ink, can be printed on the non-absorbent substrate; The intaglio ink has high viscosity, large yield value, no greasy, and basically depends on the drying of oxidized conjunctiva.
4、Porous printing ink
Porous printing ink requires good fluidity, low viscosity, fast through the mesh, transfer to the surface of the absorbent substrate can quickly penetrate dry, good absorbent in the non-absorbent substrate surface. The drying methods are as follows: volatile drying type, oxidation polymerization type, osmotic drying type, two-component reaction type, uv drying type, etc. The ink can be divided into transcribed ink, screen ink, etc.
5、Special printing ink
Many special ink need thicker ink to have good performance, it can be divided into foaming ink, magnetic ink, fluorescent ink, conductive ink, etc. It needs to have the characteristics of no volatile solvent, no odor, no blocking, fast curing speed, strong water resistance, gorgeous color and so on.
