How many labels or packages do I have to place to meet MOQ?

For Labels -Color-P supports our client’s development with standard label product’s MOQ of $50. For specific categories, the MOQ can be higher due to the limitation of raw material MOQ.

For Packaging- In general, MOQ is higher than labels. For specific materials or designs, pls contact our account manager with order details.

Can you accommodate rush orders?

Yes, however there might be a rush charge. We have urgent delivery services in 24-48 hours, Pls contact our account manager to confirm our timeframe and order quantity.

What is your Production Lead Time?

It depends on the quantity, materials, and complexity of the project.

For Labels-are usually ready and available in 1 week from order confirmation.

For Packaging- it will usually take over 2 weeks to commissioning and production from you place order.

How can I get an accurate quote?

To quote, we will need to get your requirements on the product type, product dimension, materials, quantity, design profile or sample and delivery address. 

If so, our quote will be more accurate to the final price, ensuring that your budget is well-matched, and we can be as transparent as possible throughout.

Samples & Artwork

Can I get an actual sample before placing order?

Of course, you can get an actual sample before placing order, we are willing to provide to you to make sure you are happy with how your design translates into a actual product. And we want to let you touch and look on the quality we made.

What is the charge for the proof sample?

For Labels - Most label samples are free. Our account manager will double confirm with you if the proof sample costs high which we have to charge for this service.

For Packaging- For common paper packages, there will be no proof sample charge. Payment will be required if you need special paper samples. For plastic packaging samples, we need charge some fees due to its high cost of molding.

 

How long does it take to make samples?

The sampling time begins from the moment you approve the artwork proof.

For Labels - generally takes 3-6 workdays in samples making. But for some specialized required materials and treatment process, it will take longer accordingly. And after your confirmation of samples, we’ll begin creating your orders.

For Packaging- Packages in paper materials takes 7 days in sampling. And it would be longer to 14 days if you have customized design or material requirements.

For plastic packages, we will need about 2 weeks in sample making. Pls double confirm with our account manager.

What if I don’t have any high-resolution artwork? Can you help?

If you have no drawings, please offer us all the information you have, our design team will make a design based on the elements you provide. And you will get the artwork for free.

How do I give you color reference?

Please use Pantone Solid Coated or Uncoated to reference your desired colors. Hex or RGB colors will appear different based on different monitor settings.

Yes! Our location is near Shanghai Port, which makes us efficient in shipping to destinations all over the world in the first time. We ensure that our products are of consistent quality, regardless of their destinations.

How do I pay?

We accept T/T, LC and Visa. 

Do you accept credit terms?

If there’s no cooperation between us before, we need ask you to pay on a pro forma basis. The following trading is negotiable in an appropriate payment term as monthly statement.
